Our Heavy‑Duty Hydraulic Lifter for Large Stationary Natural Gas Engines was developed as a focused project for demanding continuous-duty powerplants. The design is built around long-life valvetrain control under steady high load, where small stability improvements translate directly into uptime and lower lifecycle cost.


By managing lash, impact, and oil control more effectively than conventional hardware, these lifters help maintain valve timing accuracy, reduce seat recession, and limit train-induced torsion on camshafts. That, in turn, stabilizes combustion and emissions over extended intervals.


Material selection, internal oil metering, and geometry were defined to tolerate the thermal and contamination environment typical of industrial and field-installed engines. For operators and OEMs, the benefit is simple: more predictable maintenance intervals, fewer unscheduled shutdowns, and better protection of expensive cylinder heads and cams in long‑service natural gas applications.
